Recital 2017 Details

Parents & Students, 

The Drumistick Recital is almost here, and I have a few final details to share with you before the recital, being held at Central Church Family Life Center / 831 Schoen Street / Green Bay. 

Saturday, May 20th recital timeline:

  •  Doors of the Central Church Family Life Center will open at 9:50 a.m.
  •  All students please arrive NO LATER THAN 10:00 a.m.
  •  There will be a MANDATORY meeting at 10:15 for final instructions & to answer questions.
  •  The recital will begin PROMPTLY at 10:30 a.m. 

Recital attire:

  •  For students who have Drumstick T-shirts from past recitals, feel free to wear any color you’d like.
  •  For students who don’t have a Drumstick T-shirt, or who would like a new one, they’ll be available before the recital - cost is $7.00.
  •  Please DO NOT wear shorts. 

What the student should bring the morning of the recital:

  •  Bring your music… if you haven’t memorized your recital piece.
  • Bring your drumsticks… I’ll supply the instruments.
  • MOST IMPORTANTLY… Bring your joy and excitement for drumming.  You’ve work hard all year,and it’s time to show your family and friends what you’ve accomplished! 

Who is invited to attend your recital:

  • EVERYONE!  Bring your family, friends and people who you feel are interested in learning to accomplish what you have! 

PLEASE NOTE:  If you haven’t yet paid the $15.00 recital fee, you can do so the day of the recital. 

IN NEED OF SOMEONE TO TAKE PHOTOS:  Anyone interested in taking photos during the recital, please contact me; 920-562-8580. 

ONE FINAL IMPORTANT NOTE:  Drum lessons are NOT done for the school year… the last day of school-year lessons is Thursday, June 8th!  Hang in there! 

Summer lesson sign-up and early Fall registration will be available for scheduling at the recital. 

Thank you for your commitment and enthusiasm… This past year has gone by so fast and has been incredible!  You can be proud of your accomplishments!
